50% larger than the medium koa island chain with the Big Island measuring 18" x 18" x 1". The large island set fits well on a 7-10 foot wall. These 3 dimensional hand carved islands come as an 8 island set. Each island comes with a saw tooth hanger on the back of the island to easily hang on the wall. The 3 dimension hand carved islands comes with 8 Individual islands. Each island comes with a saw tooth hanger on the back of the island to easily hang on the wall. On the back of each Big Island, the artist will sign it, as well as sign Kalai Koa Woods and Made in Hawai’i.
The canoe is hung via two pocket holes in the back of the hull. Canoe requires two screws in the wall to lock into the pocket hole and groove on the back of the canoe hull. The sails of the canoe are lashed with black hemp. They are movable and can be rotated slightly off the wall for a more three dimensional look. On the back of each Big Island, the artist will sign it, as well as sign Kalai Koa Woods and Made in Hawai’i.
