1. Choosing the wall space to hang Islands. Depending on the size of the wall will determine space between each of the 8 islands. 2. Google the Hawaiian Island chain Atlas to see relative distance between each of the Islands and the angle of placement. 3. Have some tape ( preferably painter's blue tape) to mark where each Island should go. 4. Use a nail or small screw to hang each Island on the wall

Natural Oil finish will give the Koa wood a natural matte appearance. Satin Lacquer finish will give the koa wood more of a shiny appearance.

Please allow 2-3 days for processing before shipment. We ship USPS Priority Mail so it is estimated to take 3-5 business days for delivery. We’ll email you when your items have been shipped. Contact the artist if you have any questions.

EFFECTIVE: August 1, 2021 PROCESSING TIME: We’ll let you know when your items have been shipped. Please allow 2-3 days for processing before shipment. Please contact us for any questions. SHIPPING: We ship all of our items USPS Priority Mail please allow for 3-5 business days for delivery. We will provide you with a tracking number when the order is fulfilled. Certain items (like our furniture products) cannot be shipped and are labeled "Oahu Pickup Only." Please contact us before placing an order for these items. You will be accessed the credit card processing fee (3%) of the item if you purchased it and cannot pick it up. SPECIAL ORDERS: Some items are labeled "Special Order," please contact the artist before purchasing these to know the timeframe of the order. Most special orders take 2-3 weeks before they are fulfilled and shipped. OUT OF STOCK ITEMS: If an item is out of stock, the artist will contact you with more information.

EFFECTIVE: August 1, 2021 RETURNS: If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have 15 calendar days to return the item from the date your received it. To be eligible for return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it. Your item needs to be sent back in the same or similar packaging along with proof of purchase. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. REFUNDS: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days depending on your card issuer’s policies. CANCELLATION: To cancel an order contact the artist via email or phone within 24 hours of placing the order.
